Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the My Piggery Farm Manager mobile application ("App") developed by Robert John Ulep ("I", "me", or "my").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

My Piggery Farm Manager is a farm management application that allows you to:

Track pig inventory
Record financial transactions (expenses and income)
Sync data to the cloud for backup and multi-device access

User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
You must notify me immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the service

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate farm and financial data
Keep your login credentials secure
Not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Robert John Ulep
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without my permission
Your farm data remains your property

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by my Privacy Policy
You are responsible for backing up your data
I am not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond my control

Disclaimers

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
The App will meet your specific requirements
Data will never be lost

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Business interruption

Offline Functionality

The App is designed to work offline
Some features require internet connection (sync, login, registration)
I am not responsible for sync conflicts or data discrepancies

Changes to Terms

I may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
