Data Deletion Request

At My Piggery Farm Manager, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please include in your email:

• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - My Piggery Farm Manager"
• The email address associated with your account
• Confirmation that you want to delete your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account Information: Email address, encrypted password
• Farm Profile: Farm name and settings
• Pig Records: All pig inventory data
• Financial Records: All expense and income transactions
• Sync Data: All cloud-synced data

Data Retention

• Your request will be processed within 7 business days
• Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
• Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained for analytics purposes

Local Data

Data stored locally on your device is not automatically deleted when you request account deletion. To remove local data:

• Uninstall the app from your device, or
• Clear the app's data in your device settings
